Food was excellent! The sauces must be made there because I've never experienced anything like them, they are indescribable. ... Be sure to try them all with your medium rare steak (so hard to find a well seasoned steak, cooked to medium rare perfection) drinks were average, good but eah. Read more
Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the service, and the food. My daughter said the filet was cooked perfectly. I had the juicy and... delicious pork chop. And my wife ate half of the tavern burger and said it was yummy, just too big for one sitting. We took homesome red velvet cake, for later. It was amazing. Read more
I just ordered $143.00 worth of stuff through grub hub from here and it was 30 minutes late and not one thing we ordered tasted... remotely decent. How do you make French fries and Potato skins taste disgusting….the fish well it was horrible. The wife’ssalmon was horrible. Not one thing in the entire order was remotely decent. Google search my reviews to death and you will seeI’ve never wrote a food review before and complained. Not once. I’ve never bothered to leave a good review from a placethat I’ve enjoyed but this was so damn expensive and bad I felt I needed to do this. Read more
Picks Tavern was really good. We enjoyed the sunshine on their outdoor patio and had really good service! Not a place for... vegetarians/vegans but there is a breakfast burrito on Sunday Brunch menu! Very good Bloody Marys!!!! Read more
Great attitude employees. Very nice nestled away in downtown Valparaiso. Glad we decided to go here for dinner. Great salmon,... shrimp diabolo, & steak. Much better tasting food then any mid price franchise restaurants. Severs where tentative. Cleanwashrooms, clean restaurant. Read more
Really cool looking place inside. We had the mini burgers and the pretzel with beer cheese. Burgers were delicious, pretzel had... no salt and the cheese had no flavor. We probably would have ordered more but the server was terrible and was more concernedwith having her conversation with another employee near the bar. Read more
