Gotta say, my husband loves this place! This is his and my son's Friday night go-to dinner while I'm at work. There was an... instance where he order all white meat in the drive thru, but upon receiving it it was mixed (ya he's picky). The staff wassuper apologetic and gave him a new meal all white. Y'all made his night and restored his faith in humanity after a crummy workweek. So thank you for making him happy and being the spot for a boys night out! Read more

Arrived to pick up online order and doors were locked. That was at 7pm. When the sign says open till 9pm. Had to go to drive... thru which had 12 cars in line. Yes I counted them. Unacceptable.Then the order wrong. Food missing. Wont be going back again. Read more
Only good popeyes in northwest Indiana.. I didn't see any rodents, place seemed clean from my view and they were not out of... biscuits. The middle aged women who took my order was very nice and my order was correct. I do prefer the old Mac n cheeseformula better thou. But that's headquarters decision. Read more
Update: this place seems be getting worse and worse . They forget your sides or give you what ever they feel like giving you .... They took off the rice and green beans which are two of the best sides . The food is not that fresh anymore for as long as youhave to wait . Won?t return anymore they have burned me too many times and I?m tired of them not answering the phone when I callto complain about forgetting food I paid for !! It was our first time at Popeyes. We've never had the opportunity to eat here before. It definitely is a greasy spoon. Not at... all healthy for you, but very tasty. Come here if you're taking the night off to treat yourself. The crew that works here isvery friendly and helpful and recommended their favorites since it was our first time there. Super sweet people. They had a chance to make it right and they didn't. Ordered 5 piece strips with a couple sauces it all came up on the screen I... paid for it got my bag of food and went to my destination to eat it. When I got there 10 minutes later there were no sauces inthe bag. Turned around 1210 minutes back went inside the store and said there were no sauces she even remembered my order and Isaid that now I've got cold chicken. She just handed me the sauces and walked away. Read more
