My husband znd i went for lunch after church and watch the football game..we were told 20 minute wait even though the bar area... was 80% empty..alright can we sit there, watch the game, and get a drink while we wait 20 to 30 minutes to order food..wasassured not...so very happy you have enough business you happily turn away great customers..the cost of our added drinks usuallyis at leaste 20 dollars . I have been to a few Red Robins and they have all been fine until I came here. My burger tasted like it was actually grilled on... a grill!! It had such an amazing flavor and was perfectly cooked. I had the southern charm burger. They put just the rightamount of sauces on too so it wasn't too much but it wasn't lacking either. The candied bacon is something I want on everyburger. So disappointed in how much this place has went downhill. Server came across as being fake pleasant from the get go. Seemed... annoyed I didn't know what I wanted to order immediately upon sitting down. Ordered the Swiss mushroom with sweet potato fries.Food arrived and the fries weren't hot... At all. Server didn't reappear until I was halfway through my burger and didn't reallyseem concerned. Kept insisting I could have a new order of fries and just take them with me. I was on my lunch break. Iexplained that and she shrugged and walked off. Could have just removed the upcharge for fries I didn't touch at all. Later shecame by one last time and completely seemed annoyed with me. It has been a few years since we have eaten here....now I remember why! Stopped in to dine towards the end of the... evening...maybe 8pm or so. Service was not the greatest and the food was average at best. Waitress must have been new...wasn'tvery organized. Still screwed the order up even after confirming it twice. Refills on the fries were way too slow...there washardly anyone in the restaurant. Guess I will wait a few more years to return...??????????? Read more

Loved the food first off! Service was friendly, helpful, and fast. It was not too expensive for the amount of food and quality... of food you get. Plus the milkshake was YUMMY ???? Ive always love Red Robin and will def be returning again and next time wewill have to make it a family lunch. It was just my husband and I we had a cozy little booth that was perfect for the 2 ofus. We walked in about 4:00 got in right away. I noticed the Missing Man / Woman table. We sat down ordered our drinks. We both got... Water. Appetizer fried pickles with camp fire sauce. Yumm!!
