Very very disappointed. We have come here many times before it was delightful and clean. Great food. We were here tonight... 8/25/2022. What a sad state. The dining room is FILTHY and I'm being kind. Windows dirty smeared, booths haven't been cleaned inI do not know when gross, walls in booths are covered in hand prints condiments and smeared with I honestly do not know what.Bathrooms are a disaster doors are covered in black nasty dirt. Floors are dirty. Ceiling vents are dirty. No waitresses. Kiosk.We had to IM SERIOUS CLEAN OUR OWN TABLE WITH WIPES from my car as none of the booths had been cleaned and food and nastybetween seat cushions and wood or whatever it is where you sit. Milk shake machine We were told hadn't been refilled from 1stshift have wait for a shake. Sadly the whip cream was bad. I mean it was bad. The ice cream tasted like cheep vanilla ice creamwith vanilla extract dumped in it. It was sandy and runny frankly IT WAS DISGUSTING it had a horrible taste it went into thegarbage, THE ENTIRE SHAKE. Onion rings soggy and under fried. I ordered large my husband a medium We got pretty much sameamount. We left...went across road shop when we came out 2 cooks were outside at 6:08 pm trunk popped open on car looking andtalking about something PERHAPS THEY COULD CLEAN AS THE PLACE WAS DESERTED...NO WONDER WHY. We will NEVER GO BACK. EVER 28BUCKS I'm hoping neither us end up in ER because if the area where the customers are is that nasty what does the kitchen looklike where we can't see? I wish we had told them we wanted a refund left food on table. I don't know if it's under newmanagement or they can't get help but I'd suggest they close for a day make everyone CLEAN. Health department needs close themdown or Chef Ramsey needs come an CLEAN HOUSE. Read more
Place was filthy, all the tables were dirty, workers were nice and food was good but once I got home both myself and the person... that came with me had to run to the bathroom . There was only 3 workers and they were trying their best. They need more help toclean that place up . We won?t be back Read more
Staff and cooks are amazing and food is great ! But when we walked in all the chairs were up and nobody was there until we... realized that they had not cleaned and everything was dirty absolutely no beverages because they were out of coke products. Imreally sad on how SteakN?Shake turned out? we are hoping you guys can do better honestly i think this all happened due tocovid-19.. good luck Read more
Very dirty place!! Floor I order area was literally sticky! Our shoes were sticking to the floor. TP in bathroom was not... loaded in dispenser, just set on bathroom floor next to toilet. No paper towels in bathroom. The tables did not look clean. The entrance doors were disgustingly dirty and appear not to have been cleaned for quite some time. Handles were smudged, glasswas dirty with smudges and fingerprints all up and down them. I pushed them open with my foot, did not want to even touch them. I will never go this restaurant again and will warn my friends and family to avoid it. Read more
Place has been a disaster since re opening. After it reopened i tried to order and was told they only did delivery and not... carryout, after reading other reviews I'm pretty sure it was just the workers being lazy. Tried to come here since the diningroom has reopened only to be able to eat inside once. Every other time they are "too understaffed" which makes no sense becausethey don't even serve you anymore you punch in your own order and grab your own food. They still have 4 signs outside that saytheir dining room is open and it's been 2 weeks. Im wondering if they are doing it just to leave out a customer base and workless. Just cut off these workers and shut it down already its only gotten worse and worse. Read more
My wife & I were greeted by Arthur who was very pleasant & helped us get thru the " kiosk " order process. They were out of a... number of items such as various sodas . The washroom was dirty everything in the dining room seemed sticky. The food was so soat best. ???? I suspect closing is on their menu . Read more
I went inside and ordered a there screen noticing that they do not have any waitstaff. I pick email recipe it didn?t so I took a... pic of the screen for my expense report and some waitstaff kid accused me of taking his picture and had the manager refuse togive me my food, a refund or even a recipe.
