If you've never had a 6" double steak with cheese sandwich from here you don't know what you're missing. Add 5 tomatoes red... onion a few black olives giardiniera peppers, mayo, all the shakers a little vinegar and oil and you've got a 6" piece ofheaven. Get a bag of cool ranch Doritos and you will not believe the flavor explosion. Oh by the way get the Italian urbancheese bread it is outstanding. The whole thing only Adds up to about 7:00 and some calories believe it or not ( Not countingthe condiments). Edit. Last time they really shorted me on meat. Charged me a lot for NOT A LOT OF MEAT. I don't know if it's the shaggy haired kid making the sandwich or management telling him to, but I ordered a steak and cheese... double meat and rather than packing the serving cup somewhat tight with steak, he barely had any meat in each of the 2 scoops. It was very skimpy to say the least. For that kind of money you expect a 6" sandwich crammed with meat. Not my 1st doublemeat steak and cheese sandwich by the way. Read more
To the Manager of thus Subway:: Please take down the two big stickers on the sneeze guard. It is hard to see the veggies. Also... the sticker is in bad shape and is ugly and makes things look dirty or that you are trying to hid something. Please remove.Other subways its a nice clean glass so you can see your choices. I don?t really care to write reviews on google but I strongly felt this needed to be shared. This is hands down probably the... worst subway location in NWI. You walk in and tables are dirty, the counter is filthy and the glass windows in front of the foodare so filthy you can barely see through them when ordering. There is one employee working the line taking 6-8 customers andringing them up separately wearing the same gloves for each transaction and sandwich. There is another employee getting a cup ofwater completely oblivious to his surroundings. All of the containers are half empty or empty of meat and veggies (which don?tlook very appealing to begin with). Not to mention the condition of the counter customers are being served on us absolutelyatrocious. The second employee then brings out trays of bread to be baked, (the liners filled with crumbs and seasoning from theherbs & cheese) that are on the wheat and white bread also. I used to work for subway for many years and I can?t believe theowner is letting their store be ran like this. Finally I get to the checkout after standing in line for 35 minutes. I go to thedrink station and there are lids and straw wrappers everywhere, spills from drinks all over the counter. Open my sandwich andthe bread is dry, cracked burnt and the sandwich is sloppy and not put together well. Couldn?t even finish the first half. Wasteof money. Very disappointing experience. I go to this one because it?s in the vicinity of my job and convenient to go to. Iwon?t be going anymore until management/ownership addresses the conditions of this store. Got there and only one employee working. Guy had like 12 sandwiches to make because the people at the front of the line couldn't... order ahead. So he worked as fast as he could trying to get the line moving. Don't understand why subway couldn't get anotheremployee to fill in and help this guy out but he came through and i appreciate him keeping cool in an otherwise stressfulsituation. The 5 stars are for this lone employee and not for the mismanagement of this restaurant. Read more
With 5 people in line it was an astonishing 50 minute wait just to place my order and the orders were 1 or 2 sandwiches per... person in line. I get that the food is made to order, but I've eaten at a ton of Subway restaurants and never waited anywherenear this long. Maybe having a manager or someone with experience working would've solved this. Read more
I see a lot of negative reviews about this location but I have had nothing but good experiences. This is a busy location so... sometimes the wait times are a little long but the young lady is super nice and makes a great sandwich. Most location are veryskimpy on the meat and topping but they make them right at this location . Only downfall is the pop machine is either out of iceor the pop is flat most times but you can buy a bottle of pop !! Read more
