I do no appreciate biting into a cold, nasty, spicy nugget. I ordered a 10 piece regular nugget and they were good until I took... a bite of nugget #8, it was a spicy one that ruined my taste and hard on top of that. So, they did not have enough for a regular10 piece and thought I would be happy with them sneaking in 2 nuggets that I would not eat. Not cool. Plus, the cashier did notput my order as a combo but as individual items that cost me more. I double checked that on the app. Read more

Ordered thru the mobile app and couldn't be happier. Everything was fresh and ready, had to run inside to use their restroom and... they were cleaning, courteous...best fast food experience in probably 20 years! Good job! Keep it up! Read more
The food was hot and satisfying. Just wish I didn't have to take time to find a clean table.
Staff was friendly, food was prepared and packaged neatly. No complaints. :) Wendy's is one of the only fast food places that... tastes + feels like "real food". Read more
Worst Wendy's I have ever been to. This Wendy's is located right next to Valparaiso University, we had just visited there and... was in a hurry to get home. I ordered a salad that was missing half of its ingredients. My son ordered a grilled chickensandwich that was cold and he upgraded, for a fee, to a fruit bowl instead of medium fries. He received very few blueberries andmaybe one strawberry cut up. I took it to the manager, and he said that's what you get. I was speechless. At our local Wendy'syou get a full little cup of fruit. Will not ever go here again, no matter how close it is to Valpo. Read more
