Im very annoyed at this choice for ice cream as this was the first time I have ever been to this location! I always go to... twistee treat but decided I would try this place to see what the difference was.. I ordered 2 kiddie cones one vanilla and onecoffee aswell as a banana split. I waited a few minutes in the drive through and when my icecream came came out it was icecreamin a cup. I mentioned I ordered it in 2 kiddie cones. The guy seamed annoyed and said okay went back to get me the cones. Whenthe cones came out my ?vanilla? I ordered plain vanilla. I didn?t say vanilla bean or vanilla and strawberry or a mix of the 2 Iasked for vanillla!! Well my vanilla icecream cone had black specks. Not the typical vanilla bean specks neither it looked likesomeone picked up there shoe and dusted it off into my icecream cone. I asked what the black specks were when he said vanillabean. I didn?t order vanilla bean. I ordered vanilla. And it didn?t even taste or look like vanilla bean. Im a huge vanilla beanfan and that?s not vanilla bean at all! It was chewy! Like dirt or something els then when I ordered my banana split I said Iwant everything on it but swap the chocolate icecream for vanilla. I didn?t get any nuts. No pineapple, no strawberry icecream.Only vanilla icecream, chocolate drizzle in one tiny edge of my icecream, no strawberry and whipped cream with a cherry. I willcontinue to go to twistee treat. Ehh. A little upset about our experience. We always get a banana split when we go out to get ice cream. Our normal place wasn't... opened so we went here. I ordered my banana split and asked for extra topping which the worked said it would cost extra. I toldher that was fine. When I got home to eat my what i thought was going to be a delicious treat, there was only vanilla ice cream(not chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry like every other place). There was also only strawberry topping (no pineapple orchocolate syrup). And there was no extra topping like I paid for. Read more
Over priced ice cream and then charged incorrectly. Rude order taker couldn?t be bothered to answer our questions. We will... drive a little further to go somewhere for better service next time. Read more
Love this place! My husband is obsessed with their pistachio milkshake, and I tend to vacillate between the birthday cake and... the caramel malt. Always top-notch. Straws can be an issue... hope they've gotten that resolved. Read more
The ice cream ???? is vary creamy so vary good????. They make yummy Waffle cones shape of stars. They give you more Ice cream... them Then Dairy Queen does wich my kid's all loved but my Waste line is not happy with it????. You can only eat outside here.The set's we not bad. For 6 us us it cost around $50.00. You could split one of these with you partner or kid if you wanted to.We did not split our because we underestimate how much ice cream was in each bowl. Is the hot fudge with the walnuts andcaramel was really good. The kids really like their oreo gummy worm the worm mixture. I sampled my husband's peanut butter icecream and that was good I also got to sample his brownie ice cream that was the best??. The waffle cones that are stare shapbrip all over you???? the one bad thing about them. Daily Queen is cheaper if you don't go the sharing way. Read more
I'm not entirely sure how I feel about Toppers. The ice cream is very good; and my husband usually enjoys his shakes. It's... always surprising to me that they offer toppings, but don't actually ?top? your ice cream rather put it on the side in plasticcontainers. So, unless you're seated at the small eating section outside the restaurant, you risk putting all of your toppingson yourself while driving before your ice cream melts or having your ice cream melt before you get home to do it safely. Theservice isn't the fastest, which we usually don't mind ? but today, our wait in the drive-thru was about 15 minutes (includingbefore we go to the window of order). When at the window, we realized the the cashier was alone. Having worked in customerservice and the food industry, this was unacceptable. If anything, the manager should have been there to help her and I'm sureshe was still pleasant when ordering. Overall, the ice cream is great but if Dairy Queen were also in the area, we would keepdriving to DQ. Read more
