The food was a little salty but good. I had to go to the counter in three separate occasions to ask for utensils and condiments.... Then the last time I went to the counter for a takeout order I asked for an extra box that I just did not feel like asking againfor. Also I saw the sweet tea was freshly made and waited an extra 10 min after I was done eating but the sweet tea never madeit back or to the front. Oh and when my Togo order came out it had been made for dine in. Watched the crew as I ate and theredidn't seem to be a lot of communication there. The fries were relatively hot/ warm. The chicken sandwich wasn't even Luke warm. It had evidently been sitting under the warmer... for some time because the outer edges of the chicken filet was tough and chewy. Read more

Ordered and paid for online. Customers sitting inside at 8:45pm, dining room closes at 10 pm. Went in to grab my online order... door is locked! No sign no explanation. 9 car drive thru lane 25 min wait to go through the line to pick up my mobile order. Ireally like the food here but customer service could be better. My hot food turned into cold food since it was done and sittingon the counter since they decided to close the dining room early and I had to sit through the line to pick up my order. Pickup is simple and easy. You need to go inside and they will have it ready for you. The quality is great as always.

I cannot begin to describe the level of incompetence at this location. I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant and since I was in the... area, I was craving Zaxbys. I had time to spare so I placed an order on Google for pick up at 12:13 pm. I received an emailconfirmation, and two text messages (for order updates). I pulled into the Zaxby parking lot and called at 12:31 pm to ask if Ineeded to come in or go through the drive-thru to pick up my online order when it was ready. The woman advised I could do eitheroption. At 12:45 pm, my order was ready so I pulled into the drive-thru only to be told that there were ?no online orders.? Ipulled out of line and called back. I'm not sure if it was the same person who answered, but she said ?we don't have any onlineorders. Did you call the right location?? I told them I was coming into the restaurant because not only was I already charged,but I had order and text confirmation. Two different people in the restaurant said that they don't have my order (withoutasking me what I ordered to verify). But, my order was sitting on the counter with my name on it! I showed them my orders andthey still insisted that it wasn't my order and it was actually for a Postmates delivery in which I didn't pay a deliveryfee. I showed them how I placed the ?order pick up? online option, my email receipts, my text receipts, and showed them mycomplete order. The second girl looked at the receipt on my order next to my email confirmation and STILL WOULD NOT give me myorder. Instead, I had to wait to then speak to the General Manager (this is the third person at this point). I was so angry atthis point and even offered to show my driver's license. I've never experienced such a ridiculous experience at a fast-foodestablishment. I included screenshots of everything because I'm still astounded by what I had to experience.
