Ordered 4 sandwiches online. EVERY ONE of them was dressed incorrectly. Mayo and jalapenos on a meatball sub!?!? Really?? Called... the store when I got home to report it. Team Leader offered to remake them but I was in a completely different city by thattime. She said she wasn't authorized to give me a "gift card" for a future purchase. Ordered 3 footlongs. The #12 Bella (ham and cappicolla) they did not have enough cappicolla. So cancelled #8 was The Garlic with... Rotisserie Chicken.. #5 was the Turkey with Bacon, etc.. only had 2 slices said it was ok.. Coupon was 2 footloose for $12.99.Person with rainbow hair kept putting it in after I scanned it. Changed it to $14.99. Was it tax? Or ? Really looked forward tothe Cappicolla ( disappointed it was not available. Ate half of the Turkey, bacon, avocado.....it was ok. Read more

If your store hour online say 9:30 then you store needs to be open till 9:30. I pulled up at 9:03 and all the lights were off.... Now if your online time is wrong you need to so better by fixing it. When your pregnant finding out the only place that soundappetizing is actually closed is quite devastating. Read more

Placed order online for drive through pick up. Staff calls & is very polite. Immediately explains they don?t have the bread I... ordered for 2 of the sandwiches. Not the 1st time they don?t have bread. ????. Prior to ending the call, staff politelystates?? we also don?t have the guacamole for your steak bowl. Then explains they have it but they just aren?t going to thaw itout. I wish I could say this is unbelievable, but it?s no surprise for this Subway location. As long as you don?t set yourexpectations too high, Van Subway is ok. Until they have strong leadership, this location will not improve. Read more

I tried them again. My mistake for thinking they could get better. They got worse and I didn't think that was possible. Now they... short your sandwich as well. Worst money I've ever spent. Never going back to that location. Changing my review. My app won'tlet me put lower then 1 star. My son and I walked in at 8:30 p.m., never greeted and when I asked if they were still open I wasinformed they were only serving drive thru at this time. Very very disappointed in them. Read more

Slow drive thru and my order was all wrong. Not sure why and it may not be there fault but on a Friday night they were out of... both white and wheat bread and only had bottled Root beer. I repeated my order several times, was slow and thorough and still NOtoasted sandwich on one, I had a small and large drink and ordered a small and medium and they were backwards and I didn't havecheese on one, veggies were very wimpy. No one was inside so not sure why things were so wrong at 7pm in the drive thru. Read more
