Ok so, on 9/12/22 I called in around 1-2pm and asked if they had the Mexican pizza. The woman on the phone told me ?they?re not... on the app till tomorrow but u can request for it when you place a walk in order and we will make it.? Great!!! I wait till thesun goes down, walk to the truck stop, take a shower? I realize I don?t have my physical card on me and I call Taco Bell again..it?s about 7-730pm on the 12th. Another lady answers and I ask her if they accept ?tap to pay or apple pay? she says no? ok, sonow I walk back to my truck, retrieve my card and walk to Taco Bell? so I ask for the Mexican pizza. The lady tells me that it?snot available till tomorrow. I told her about my phone call 5 hours prior.. she tells me ?idk how that?s possible, when we don?teven have the stuff for it out yet.? Ok, so now I spend time looking at a menu And really don?t want anything? so I order thechalupa meal. I get ready to pay for my meal with my card? and lord behold, the friggin thing says ?TAP TO PAY? I told her Ijust called and asked if they accept it and she told me no? she tells me ?we accept it, we always have? at this point I didn?teven argue with her because she obviously works here for a reason. The entire time I?m waiting on my meal she disappears behindthe wall? I?m sure it?s because she knew or felt guilty in some type of way. (there was only one woman present during my visit,so I knew it was her who I spoke to) the guys in the back making the meal either assumed I needed to be on a diet or knew I wason one because I practically received a veggie chalupa, very scarce on the meat? Either way, no, I didn?t get her name becauseI didn?t even care for it. But I rather them NOT ANSWER the phone and feed lies than to answer the phone and have the audacityto do so.. Read more
This is the worst location I've ever been to. Been going since it opened and my order is always wrong. I normally don't complain... about fast food, because, well, it's fast food, but this may be the worst out of any "bad" fast food restaurant I've dealt with.New employees every time I go and they seem to really not care at all. We ordered off the menu and we?re told that they didn?t have the items on the menu and corporate was supposed to remove them but... hasn?t yet and then apparently their freeze machine has been broken for a month? and then when we got to the window we?re handeddrinks that was all ice and 2 sips of actual liquid. Food was cold and order was wrong, had to ask for straws and sauces that wetold them at the window we wanted and then they didn?t even give us the right sauces. Very disappointed ?? Read more

Normally, they have great service and food. Had an issue in the past, but I spoke with a manager and she fixed it right away. We... went tonight and was told they could not do fries, cheese, or chalupas because fryer issue. Okay, no problem. I asked, "if I gotthe deluxe meal, what could they substitute the fries for?" I was told they can't. So your fryer is down and I can't evensubstitute a crunchy taco? It costs considerably less than the fries and cheese cup. I like it more. I went somewhere else. Read more
