I would list zero stars if I could. At about 10min till 5pm, my husband and I were standing in line to order food for dinner.... Two young teenagers approached the register at the same time as us. We said "You guys go on ahead." Then all of a sudden aBraums employee recognized one of the teens ordering food and started a conversation that included profanity. Proceeded to talkfor an absurdly amount of time as we were standing there waiting patiently for our turn to order. Then the employee said toanother worker, "Don't ask me, I'm off the clock," and then started giving his own order to the guy running the register. Sobasically instead of waiting for his turn to order during his break or end of shift, he gets the guy running the register totake his order instead of waiting his turn. They all continued to talk for a good 5 or 6 min. We were completely ignored by theyoung man running the register and then had to listen to the profanity from the taller slimmer employee while he jumped in frontof us because he was "off the clock." I'm sure the inside cameras will show my husband and I giving each other the annoyed lookas we walked out of the restaurant. We even looked around for any type if manager before we decided to just walk out. We thoughtsurely someone will see what's happening here and correct this poor behavior.. We're not giving your restaurant our hard earnedmoney to then be treated like garbage and disrespected. I have food service management experience and can completely understandsituations but tonight was not acceptable. We left and went to El Patio right down the road where we were treated with excellentservice and respect. Those employees from tonight need more training before having contact with guests. Read more

The Braums in Van Alstyne is unfortunately not up to a typical Braums experience. Given it several tries and just not good. ... Last week got the market fresh salad and 75% of the greens were wilted and brown, as were the strawberries. Took it back andthe very ?young? Mgr didn?t seem to care much , though gave my refund to me. Best thing about that Braums is the super friendlyyoung man working the drive thru window. HE should be the Mgr!! Read more

My kids love the ice cream here and always ask to go. On a hot day, we love to stop and buy the single scoop with whip cream,... sprinkles, chocolate syrup and cherries for my kids for about $4 total. The gentlemen always have a smile at the drive thruwindow. We recently went in to store to shop for some of their ice cream and they had so many flavors to choose from! They hadfrozen yogurt, gourmet ice cream, sherbet and no sugar ice cream as well as all the toppings to go with it. We had the kindestemployee come over and asked if we were ready to purchase and if she could help with any recommendations. I?d say we found ourfavorite ice cream shop! Read more
