What is this?? lol I know food doesn't always look like the pictures, but this? This does not look like boneless chicken with... bbq sauce and bacon bits. Completely burnt. Who would even box that and think it's ok to deliver? Read more
I only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave 0. I ordered on the app this morning, for pickup tonight. My husband picked... up 10 min early and it was already prepared. When we got home and checked the food it was terrible. I ordered 2 pizzas andBoneless wings. The wings were cold and so dry I can not chew them. They were also the smallest 8 Boneless wings I've ever seen.Not worth $6.99. The pizzas were, maybe, room temp and the crust is so dry and the cheese has also dried out on top. I could notbite thru the slice of pizza without using a knife. These have obviously been sitting out for a VERY significant amount time andwere not made fresh, as to be ready at the time I had specified for pickup. I called to speak with a manager and the person whoanswered, Sam said he was the manager. I kind of wonder if that was his name bc when I asked for his name it took about 5seconds of 'uh, um , uh' to get his name out. Also I was asked to repeat my issue 3 times before he said 'well, other thansaying I'm sorry, I don't know what else can I do.' I was put on hold so he could talk to a 'line person' and see what happened.After about a minute on hold, the phone hung up. I called back and he didn't act like he knew why I was calling. I asked if itwas Sam and he said 'uh, uh yeah' so I just told him that I didn't appreciate being hung up on and that I would be in tomorrowto talk to the store manager and then the owner. Also I paid for Buffalo sauce for my wings and realized that there was noneincluded with the meal. Very, very unhappy. Will not order from this store again. Read more
This is the 2nd time in a row I've gotten Alfredo pasta without enough sauce to even coat half of the pasta. No silverware given... with 2 orders of pasta, and they didn't give me the marinara that came with the bread twist. Read more
Me and my boyfriend ordered 3 pizzas, 2 with extra sauce and both of them had almost no sauce on them at all. We also ordered a... cheese pizza for our son that when we opened the box to look at it, it?s one big crust bubble that encases the entire pizza. Nocheese or sauce on almost the whole pizza, only one slice has sauce and cheese on it. I don?t understand how someone could?velooked at the finished product of that pizza and approved on not only giving it out, but still making us pay for it. Read more
When our call was answered (on 6/5) by a nice young lady, it seemed to be an alright start. When placing the order, she politely... asked questions and politely took our order. She checked to make sure our area was in their delivery zone, and double checked tosee if the drinks we ordered came in 20 ounce bottles. No problems so far. Our order was placed and delivery took a littlelonger than we anticipated but it wasn't all too bad. Our pizzas were made just fine and they tasted pretty good, so we werequite happy. Our delivery driver was kind enough to let us know the drinks may be a little fizzy upon opening, to be carefulwhen doing so. Very considerate if you ask me. We have no complaints all-in-all. A little later that day we received an email inregards to our order and we had the option to get points or a discount due to the delivery not being what was expected ofDomino's delivery policy (I presume, since it took a little longer), but that was greatly appreciated. This place is such a joke. By far the worse absolute and utter disrespectful Manager and Employee's i have ever seen in any... business or customer service industry. I can't even fathom how they stay open or let alone bring in a single penny i have neverbeen in such awe of how these Employee's and there Manager act and respond to customer's. If you even think of going here orconsidering ordering from here i would save your hard earned money because this place does not and i mean literally does notdeserve a penny or even your own shirt off your back. Ordered a pizza online and they called to tell me that it was 10 minutes to closing and they weren't going to make my pizza. I... asked why he was closing early and Aiden informed me that the restaurant industry always closes the kitchen early. I don'tunderstand this at all. You only sell pizza that people do not eat there. If you close your kitchen early, it isn't like peoplecan finish up their meals in the lobby while you close. Your entire business is that kitchen! Seriously Dominos? My kids asked for pizza and against my better judgment, I ordered from Domino?s in Van Alstyne. My kids asked... for the 8 piece boneless chicken and we received 4 normal pieces and 4 of their malnourished children whose growth wasapparently stunted at birth. Read more
