Very very disappointed. From the acting manager down. Only Kaitlyn was nice and had good customer service
We were coming from Dallas towards Oklahoma yesterday 10/09/2022 between 11:30am - 12:35 pm and we decided to stop Here to get... some lunch on Drive thru. We wanted to get a 15 pc legs and thighs and the white lady in the driveway intercom service rudelyresponded NO . She didn?t suggested any other offer that might interest us or nothing. We always order Golden Chick in Dallasand they always give us the 15 pc legs and thighs like we want. We?ve never been to Van Alstyne city before, the view looks nicewhen going through but the customer service on this Golden chick was awful!! Got the kids chicken tender meal for my 3 year old daughter and when I asked for BBQ sauce for the chicken tender meal I ordered... for her my total changed. How are you going to charge for sauce? Food alone was a 5 but the pimply heavy set kid was rude and unprofessional. He was running from another female employee who was... chasing him to throw a drink at him. He was Antagonizing the other employees. I also asked him about one of the items and hesaid he has no idea. I will be going to Melissa from now on. Read more
