Very very disappointed. From the acting manager down. Only Kaitlyn was nice and had good customer service
We were coming from Dallas towards Oklahoma yesterday 10/09/2022 between 11:30am - 12:35 pm and we decided to stop Here to get... some lunch on Drive thru. We wanted to get a 15 pc legs and thighs and the white lady in the driveway intercom service rudelyresponded NO . She didn?t suggested any other offer that might interest us or nothing. We always order Golden Chick in Dallasand they always give us the 15 pc legs and thighs like we want. We?ve never been to Van Alstyne city before, the view looks nicewhen going through but the customer service on this Golden chick was awful!! Never going back to this Golden Chick or recommendit to nobody. Read more
Got the kids chicken tender meal for my 3 year old daughter and when I asked for BBQ sauce for the chicken tender meal I ordered... for her my total changed. How are you going to charge for sauce? Are kids just supposed to eat dry chicken tenders? Adult mealscome with a sauce, but the kids don't? How is that fair? Read more
Food alone was a 5 but the pimply heavy set kid was rude and unprofessional. He was running from another female employee who was... chasing him to throw a drink at him. He was Antagonizing the other employees. I also asked him about one of the items and hesaid he has no idea. I will be going to Melissa from now on. Read more

Every single time I stop here to pick up chicken for my family they never have any chicken legs fried. And then it takes 25... minutes to fry the chicken. Why do y?all never have legs ready? It?s on your menu. Be prepared to serve it. This is the thirdtime in a row this has happened to me. Not coming here again. Read more
One of my favorite restaurants to eat at from time to time. I don't eat here except every few months but when I do, I love it.... The chicken tender sandwich with fries and a drink is my favorite. Get the tenders as spicy tenders and you are all set! Goodprices, nice staff, good service. Thanks! Read more
This location ALWAYS gets something either VERY wrong in my order, or they are out of something, so we don't really go back... anymore. One time they gave (and CHARGED US $68) for two FAMILY meals, instead of two 3 piece meals!!! How do you screw thatup?!! They lost this customer. Go to Jalapenos instead!! Read more
