Came here for quick lunch and before I could order saw the Hispanic guy with blue gloves on eating pieces of food off the prep... table. I just turned around and walked out. These restaurants are getting to laxed. The managers are they friends and buddiesand they feel like it's uncool to preach cleanliness. The public depends on your ability to do what's correct and hygienic tostay safe. I see this alot and it needs to be addressed then stopped. We have a big problem in these fast food restaurants. I don't know what happened ? They have gotten so slow and when we went I guess the soda fountain was broken cuz the employee was... pouring from a pitcher our cokes in our cups!! He didn't even say "well our fountain is broken, nothing!! Stale and thrownaway.. Come on guys!!! Get with it!! Read more
Received MOLDY bacon in our breakfast platters. I have pictures, manager tried to say it's just burnt. It was fuzzy
Very slow service. Food was wrong. Manager had an attitude, we asked for two cheeseburgers plain, meat, cheese and bread. I got... them with everything. Manager told me to to give them to my dog. Food was cold and fries where stale. Never going back. Read more
Terrible customer service! Tried to get food tonight. Looked online before I drove to store to make sure they were open. Says... online they are open till 1am. I get there just before 11pm. There are several cars in the drive thru. As I'm waiting in linethey turn the menu lights off at 11pm. I get to window at 11:03 thinking they would surely still let me order bc I had been inline prior to the lights going off... nope! Would not serve me or the car in front of me... to top it off, the lady over thespeaker was extremely rude... told me I was lying and hadn't been sitting there before she turned off the lights. Just terriblecustomer service. I get that you have set hours... but 1. Update your Google info and 2. You don't turn away customers that werewaiting in line prior to you shutting off your lights! I normally have a decent experience here. Standard Jack in the Box. The staff doesn't normally seem particularly happy, which to... me doesn't reflect so much on them, rather than the work environment they're in, and whether or not it's a decent place to work.I ordered a small box of popcorn chicken, and I got this one filled almost halfway up. It's not a super big deal, it was warmand fully cooked, the correct order. Just a little confused. Aside from that, they normally get my order right here, and it'salways warm, and they get the orders out pretty quick.
