It depends on the time we go if the staff knows what it is doing at that time. The past two times I have went our order has... been screwed up and things have been missing. This place was so unorganized! The people were polite, but no-one seemed to understand how a fast food restaurant should flow. I... ordered a fish sandwich. I had to pull up and wait for it. Within a few minutes, an employee arrived with a huge bag of food (20nuggets, cheeseburger, and 2 fries). About a minute later, after we were sitting in bewilderment, she returned and took the foodinside. We continued to wait and another employee came out with another large bag that they first gave to the car behind us...It wasn't mine or theirs. Then finally they brought my sandwich. I opened it and it appeared that it had been dropped andsomeone slid on it. The bun was crushed and half of the top brown portion of the bun was squished, revealing the white inside ofthe bun. The tartar sauce was squished out into the container and the sandwich wasn't hot. We returned to the window for arefund. Again, the staff was polite, but the service and food were awful! Read more

They encourage you to order from the screen which says take a number and we?ll bring your food to your table so that?s what we... did. After sitting at the table waiting for almost 10 minutes, went to check, and they gave our food to someone else that pickedit up at the counter when they called a number. Never did they call the number the screen gave us nor did they attempt to bringanything to our table! As they steadily got everyone else that ordered after us their food, we wasted our whole lunch break andnever got our food! Had to request a refund and get back to work!! Good food, it's a McDonald's so you know what you're getting pretty much every time. I meet here to pick up my son and I usually... get something to eat while I'm here. The breakfast biscuits are good and everyone is pretty nice when ordering. I haven't hadany complaints. Thanks! Read more
Drive thru was packed. One lane was closed. I was going to go to that lane before I knew it was blocked. Went around and just... went inside to order. Felt like it took forever, but the mcrib is worth the wait. Lol Read more
