Worked here for several months. When I started the conditions of the kitchen were disgusting. There is also a problem with rats... in this restaurant. The equipment was not well taken care of. Cross contamination is standard practice here. Management suckedat my time of employment. I was overworked and underpaid as a cook doing Manager responsibilities. Was forced to work during acovid outbreak and during hazardous road conditions. I left to protect my health and my children. Read more
Ordered a cheeseburger that didn?t come with lettuce and asked them to put lettuce on it and they literally put like 2 pieces on... there!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! I won?t be back. Not to mention my tater tots were cold. Read more

Ordered off of the app. Got there and checked in about the time we requested on the app. Still had to wait 15 minutes before the... order came out. The food was cold, even the sandwiches that were wrapped in foil. The tea's were 90% ice. This was at the VanAlstyne TX location. Read more

I spent my entire 30min lunch break waiting for my food. Finally get it and head back to work. When I got there I had to get... right back to work so I couldn?t eat right away.
