I?m sorry BK, but when you make a mistake, you don?t charge your customer, and then tell him that oops we made a mistake, but... you will get your money back in 3-5 days, we accidentally charged you for the wrong thing, but let?s charge you again. Imanaged food establishments many years ago, and a mistake was fixed with, sorry, we charged you wrong, but to you benefit hereis your order, we will eat the 5.00 mistake. I would never have double charged a patron and then told him to wait for a refund. Read more
For whatever reason, it took 12 minutes to prepare a 5.51$ burger and fries. I gave them 4 stars because the manager upgraded... the meal to the larger sandwich,fries and drink that would have cost over 10$. Read more
