The high chairs were in desperate need of cleaning. Waited a while for my order. The lady Dianna who does housekeeping was... wonderful. She came and cleaned my high chair and got my drinks for me so I didn't have to leave my grandson alone. Good job! Read more

HORRIBLE management. The assistant manager lady (the one that looks like a 12yr old little boy) was THE RUDEST employee I have... ever witnessed. Not only did she SPECTACULARLY fail to do her job, she screamed at me and other customers as if SHE was avictim!! There was an "area manager" there at the time who did NOTHING to intervene in her shouting match!! WTH is going on atthis McDonalds and WHEN will corporate step in and do something?? Also burgers are dangerously cold when served...so much sothat I decided to let the health department know about it this morning! Read more

Sadly this McDonald?s has not come up with technology! I order my food on the app to be in the restaurant at table 117. Instead... of calling my number when it was ready they let sit there getting cold for 15 minutes. Apparently they love their customers tostand around at the front end waiting on them and not the other way around. Their excuse why they didn?t bring it out wasbecause they don?t have trays! anyway I said you had it sitting in a bag or even if you called my table number I would have cameand got it! Read more
My girls and I stopped on the way to Oklahoma. The bathroom was very clean. The McDonald?s clerk (Joanna?) was super sweet.
