Order online...my pizza was as I ordered it and on time... customer service was awesome and the pizza was delicious ????????
Delivery was more than on time pizza was hot and fresh just the way I like it!!
Can't go wrong with Papa John's they have great pizza and the staff there has excellent service and are welcoming ?

Had a horrible experience with this place on February 4th. Called made an order at 5:30 was told 38 mins to deliver called at... 6:15 just to make sure they wasn?t lost (place hard to find). The ?young manger? was nothing but rude said my pizza is about togo into the oven in 10 mins and it would be another 20 minutes before it was delivered. When I asked if there was something hecould do since I was having to wait over an hour for my food he rudely told me no and that there is no other manger I can talkto at the store even at different time day. Wow so where do I start. First they messed my order up one day and when I called back they comped me the two pizzas that were... messed up so when I called back to get the two pizzas they said okay we'll make them for you and that was at 5:00 p.m. then ittook all the way until 10:13 p.m. to get the pizzas and they were cold but everything was there I had to call back so much justto make sure the order was coming and the guy was getting mad every time I called it's just not the way that you should dealwith customers at all and the boxes were crushed and at one time when I called back he said that the doordash delivery driverhad took the pizzas and kept them so he had to remake him again and he said but there's six customers in front of you so it'sgoing to be a long way I feel like I should have been put first and I had to wait until almost 11:00 p.m. that is almost a5-hour wait that is just crazy that's all I got to say I will never order from there again now the fort Smith store might begood but not the Van Buren store.. Had hair in pizza but they were quick and friendly and replaced it. So they made it better of an experience.
