Worst pizza I have ever had. Pretty sure little ceasar had better. Order was incorrect and what was there was very sloppy.... Request no contact pick up due to covid. I sat 30 min after i was told it was ready and still had to go in and get it. Droppedthe ball bad at van buren ark location. Gone to hell in a hand basket. Taste maker hell, more like waste maker. It says to pull up and look for signs indicating contactless curb side or a team member. There are no signs or team members.... When I called inside they asked what I was driving. I requested it brought to the drivers side window and the team memberbrought it to the passenger side window and asked where I wanted it placed. Am I stating all of this online for nothing? Mypizza was not the correct order. I recieved thin crust instead of hand tossed and did not ha e tge correct ammount of sauce.Usually good at this location but was lacking in this experience. Just passing through and needed to order. They were out of cinnamon sticks, they were out of bedside breadsticks. I had ordered... a regular dinner box that I thought was going to cost me on the high end 14 dollars. Instead I was charged per item to put thetotal over 20. When they didn't have those items, I was forced to change plans. I will say the guy did give us free cinnamonrolls. But when you are traveling and on a budget, it's very upsetting to have to pay more. Just ridiculous. I asked for lightsauce. Not no sauce. Horrible Read more
Horrible experience two different times at two different locations. One location there refused to remake our pizza when they... messed up on it. At the other location we was in our vehicle eating our pizza 11:00 at night a delivery driver got in his carbacked up real fast and pulled in front of our vehicle set there staring us down then he got out of his car with his car stillparked in front of our vehicle and stared us down the whole way of him going inside then he goes inside with the door openyelling at us. We told him we were just eating our pizza. Then he said something to one of the other employees then he left thestore and got back in his car and drove off really fast like he was angry at us for sitting there. We felt very scared the wayhe handled the situation especially after he parked his car in front of our vehicle and had an angry look on his face and walkedwith an attitude while staring at us. Anyhow long story short we called the corporate both times and complained they didn't carewe asked can they compensate us they refused.and needless to say the owner basically said it was our fault for setting in ourvehicle eating our pizza at 11:00 at night. And I told him well there was no dine-in available and we were hungry and ready toeat. Just frustrating when the company doesn't truly care about their customers. Pizza Hut will never ever have my businessagain. Read more
