Paid with card and now they have you use a deal they hold out of window for you to slid your card in. First question....do you... want to leave tip....and is this amount correct? Don't like that ..... backing you into corner to leave a tip. Read more
Ordered a grande caramel machiato, it was missing an inch of fluid. They've messed up my order 6 of the last ten times. I get... the same thing every time, they're horrible. Go somewhere ekse! Read more
When did we start shutting down the lobby just to decorate for Christmas at 7pm. Come on seems like a loss of money to me to... decorate. The guy behind the window was helpful, just seems dumb to close to decorate. We want our coffee!!! Read more
I had $4 or a $100 bill. My bill was higher than $4, the girl asked the manager if she would take the $100 & she rudely refused... to take it (there is a courteous way to deny), so I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting in drive thru & didn't get a thing!Ridiculous when u won't take cash. Also, in previous visits, mostly on the weekends, they never say thank u & the cashierinside is so rude. Ive never been to a Starbucks when they didn't say thank u (manager). Wasteful, too, she told her to justthrow away several drinks. Read more
They seem not to care about the people that come into the store compared to the drive through. Waited over 15 minutes for my... drinks when the inside of the store was empty. A couple who came in after me received their drinks first. I had to tell one ofthe workers that I was still waiting on my drinks and when I gave her my name, she just grabs the drinks and places them downwithout even saying anything. No apologies, no eye contact, no excuses. They clearly seem to hate their job or whatever kind ofbad day they're having is no excuse to take it out on the customers. Really poor customer service. If you don't want to work atStarbucks because you hate it so much, then find another job. Very frustrating. Read more
This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The workers were all extremely kind and friendly - they greeted us at the door... and all had smiles on their faces! They even stirred my dad?s coffee for him rather than just pouring in the cream. Oursandwiches were perfectly warmed. The bathrooms were very clean as well! Upon leaving, they wished us safe travels and we werevery impressed by the professionalism and customer service they all showed. Thank you! Read more
