It's always clean. The workers are always very friendly. Service is always fast and I haven't had an order wrong yet.
They didn?t give us all our food. When we attempted to call it just rang and rang, a couple times they picked up then hung up. I... now have to drive back to the other side of town just to speak to someone. Mistakes happen, but literally ignoring yourcustomers calls and hanging up on them is unacceptable. I wanted a Mexican pizza since you put them back on the menu but I'm told the distributor can't keep up with the demand so there... won't be any more Mexican pizzas till fall for Taco Bell!?! One of the more stupid moves they have made.. the other one istostados cheap to make overpriced and liked by lots of people they're overhead on those are nothing they really ought to pullthe public before they take stuff off their menu quit going by their sales I'm not the only one upset that they took those twothings off the menu!!! I'm pretty disappointed with my order today. I got the cheesy potatoes and they were burnt to the point I couldn't eat them I... got them in the bag upside down so the cheese and sour cream was in the lid. I got a nacho bel grande and I got the bottom ofthe bag I guess cause the chips were all broken up alot more chips than the meat cheese etc. I'm not wanting a free meal oranything like that. I hate to even leave this comment but the reason I'm doing it so they can be more mindful of the food madethat's sent out cause I spent $10 for my order. I have went here a few times all during lunch time some are better some are worse my favorite is the deluxe craving box it has... the fries with the nacho sauce the steak chalupa the Doritos taco the five layer burrito and a drink for eight bucks that's agreat deal one day I got it and it was maybe three or four pieces of steak LOL the other days it's fair but I keep going backso the service and food is good, always depends on who works , though never really had any bad experience or food , stale friesonce and not enough to meat once but as to be expected as everyone has their off days.
