Ive stopped here 5x and each time something is wrong with my order. At first I wasn’t given a fork and there was no cheese or... tomato on the Buffalo chicken bowl. The second time they forgot the Buffalo sauce and ranch with it. The third time again therewas no fork or cheese on the bowl. The fourth time I was given the wrong smoothie. The fifth time (today @ 12pm) I was handedthe wrong food, then still did not have silverware after I left. Each time I also waited over 10 mins in line and it was notlong. It was my 1st time going to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The menu looked pretty good. I ordered a Berry Oat something without sugar.... The employee was friendly and helpful. It did take a bit to get my smoothie but I think that was because of the order in frontof me. The smoothie was still very fresh and way bigger than I expected. Read more
This has been my go to for a boost nearly every day I work nearby. It's just too inconsistent. Out of my last 4 smoothies 3... have been not great like no flavor and far too thick to drink. There's always chunks in every smoothie I get and they just giveme too many poorly made smoothies and at 7 dollars each I'm going to have to discontinue visiting this restaurant. Read more
