The patch dinner they are well known for... The slaw was great... A light oil vinegar base not creamy mayonnaise.
The food was great!! I don't know about the sea bugs or fish. And the waitress was a real sweetheart!!!

We ordered pickup twice in the last month. Not sure what is going on there. Maybe supplier. Perch tiny and dry. We were long... term customers for many, many years. Plus order not fulfilled as ordered. This was always one of our go to places. Not anymore!I called the first time when my experience was not so great! As a business owner, I would want to know and correct the issue. Ialso expect nothing. They did not seem to be concerned.We will now go 2 our second best place. Now our first choice. Had the breaded haddock for lunch with french frys. The food was tastey. Noted that the burgers are made with local beef, will... have to try that next time. The waitress Amy was friendly and professional. Definitely a go to again. Read more
Great food and wonderful time at Wendt's. To avoid the lunchtime crowd we came at 1:30 on a Wednesday. Twelve older ladies so we... asked for separate checks which our server handled with ease. Food took a little while to come out but we expected a delay whenthe kitchen gets several orders at once. But when our orders did come everyone's was hot and well prepared. We were all verypleased with our food, and with a bunch of old ladies that's not an easy thing to do! We will definitely be back. We did make areservation and a big table was ready for us when we arrived. However they do not accept reservations on Fridays. Read more
