I don’t like writing bad reviews but this staff on this branch gets on to my nerve. I order online 09/03 and pickup at this... location before noon time. The lady in the pickup and cashier area is not nice and no customer service skills. I just ask nicelyfor more bbq sauce because she only put 1 sauce for each order (I order total of 4 full plates) and it’s not enough and thesauce container itself is not even full just 1/4 of sauce… what a joke ????. She gave me extra 2 and when I ask for more shesaid I put a lot already in the plastic bag … really 4 with less sauce? In other branch the sauce is a self serving and youcan get as much as you want. I recommend you just to go to other branch if you can. Ono Hawaiian Supervisor/Managemnet pleasetrain or teach your staff a good customer skills especially with this COVID-19 Days you need a customer to patronize yourbusiness to stay on business.
