The Hawaiian barbeque is amazing!! If you are looking for protons and protein you've come to the right place. If you get a plate... you can order a combo with crab ragoons & a 16 oz. Drink. Usually quick and polite service. Recommended Update: still prettydecent. But they stopped serving side's of chicken breast. I don’t like writing bad reviews but this staff on this branch gets on to my nerve. I order online 09/03 and pickup at this... location before noon time. The lady in the pickup and cashier area is not nice and no customer service skills. I just ask nicelyfor more bbq sauce because she only put 1 sauce for each order (I order total of 4 full plates) and it’s not enough and thesauce container itself is not even full just 1/4 of sauce… what a joke ????. She gave me extra 2 and when I ask for more shesaid I put a lot already in the plastic bag … really 4 with less sauce? In other branch the sauce is a self serving and youcan get as much as you want. I recommend you just to go to other branch if you can. Ono Hawaiian Supervisor/Managemnet pleasetrain or teach your staff a good customer skills especially with this COVID-19 Days you need a customer to patronize yourbusiness to stay on business. Meat was under cooked and mainly made up of fatty pieces so that left with me with rice and vegetables (they never have anything... other than cabbage or lettuce even though they say it includes broccoli you never actually get it) staff is usually rude. Whenyou ask for a sauce for a to go order because you’re in a hurry they will force you into getting the sauces yourself if youdon’t have the time they don’t care they move at their pace only. only the north hollywood location cooks their food well done without having to be asked. I got the beef plate and only 1 piece... of my meat was enjoyable the rest was all fatty pieces and very undercooked. rice also had a weird taste one of those 2 times. Read more
