Was not disappointed!! They actually impressed me with the crafty pizza box and the 14 rolls in the Party box!! Beautifully... decorated with flowers, sushi rolls were fresh and made as i picked them up. Will definitely order again. Definitely no leftovers...thank you i.8sushi!! Read more

Had tried them plenty of times courtesy of my sister; I was expecting the same great level in customer service. I waited an... additional 37 minutes above the quoted 55 minutes due to the first mistake from the kitchen. After I clearly communicated theorder. I got complimentary soda, then they proceeded to package 3 orders into 2. They were ordered and paid for separately, sothey can be packaged separately and it was all too much for a 2+ hour total wait time. Severely disappointed and they arekeeping their 2 stars because the sushi was actually good. I just would NOT recommend due to their poor service and disregardfor detail, attention to customer. This place is in a commercial area in a building with alot of small kitchens within. I came due to Instagram and the Ordered the... pizza box for my girlfriend and myself. Order ahead because they often sell out! Pick-up is at a ghost kitchen, we had a little bit of a wait even though we indicated... what time we would be coming by for pick-up but it's worth the wait! The rolls are delicious, carefully put together, and thepackaging is awesome! My only comment is that the chilotes roll needs more of a spicy kick especially since hot cheetos is thestar of the roll! Guys, you gotta work on your recipes. Sushi were absolutely tasteless. I got set of 3 . The only roll I kinda enjoyed was OMG... roll I believe. Also, double check your order - I had to ask for sushi container, extra sauce. And they forgot to put any wasabieven though I mentioned it in my order. 2020.11-03/1845: We were feeling something a little different and not too filling tonight for dinner so we decided to try this... spot out. We were impressed because it was better than we expected. We were skeptical and baffled on how the Filipino-Japanesefusion would work out (I'm from Filipino descent) and it turned out to be yummy. The packaging was thoughtful during theseCOVID times. They carefully packed the rolls in a pizza box and the pizza box was secured with the same "Fragile Handle withCare" stickers we use for shipping packages - how awesome. Never thought about that! Genius. The rolls were delicious. Thevariety of items that were in each roll and how they were presented was tasty! We had the Unagi Roll, the Popcorn Shrimp Rolland Promo B, in which ours was comprised of the Deep-Fried Umami Roll, the Yummy Roll, Tiger Roll and a beverage. We alsoordered our Popcorn Shrimp Roll and our Unagi Roll with Bonito Flakes (paid extra for the toppings) but we didn't see them onthe rolls. Other than that, it was delicous.
