I'm simply not ever coming back to this Yack in the Box for wasting my time 5 mins before they are actually set to close for... inside orders at 8:54pm that even when knocking on the door making loud noises the people deliberately act like they don't hearme which okay no prob for such rudeness even though I can drive thru the drive thru its the principle for the other guy wantingto get in that doesn't have a car I will not forgive on his behalf and not spend my money here again like I have for 10+ yearsand save my health at the same time... good ridens! They're pretty good. Better than McDonald's for sure! Update, ive been going to this location a few times, and birthday... they've been great especially the girls who work the drive thru at night. However last night the actual manager was soignorant. It was shocking. JITB on their receipts give you a website to leave feedback, in return you get a bogo jumbo jack, themanager would not honor it. At first he had no idea what i was giving him, when i gave his my old receipt with the 4 digit code,then he told me I could only use it at the same location i originallywent to (a flat out made up lie) . To which I said no. Youcan ysec then any where. I've used it before here, and used a receipt here at the Sherman location. He reluctantly took thereceipt, and started walking around mumbling something. To which I Said, look, I've been waiting in line for 20+ minutes ifyou're not going to honor it. You're going to loose the entire sale ( my order was $14, the food was at the window in the bags,I asked if he could get the manager, and he said he was the manager, and I asked if he could get someone more familiar withworking the window, as clearly he was lost. Again he told me this wasn't diverging they did, at which point a snapped back "dude, this offer is on every single one of your receipts..." he typed something into the computer, And said my code was no good,I helped up my phone with the number still on it. And he said they'd nothing I could do... So I told him to give me my codeback, and to have a great night, that he could just throw away the bags, and now instead of 1 free burger, he lost $14 insales. Like I said the 2 women I've always seen there overnights ate awesome, always friendly,Accurate, and know what's goingon... they should be the managers not this moron. Read more
Clean location and fast, one concern was seemed to me was possibly the manager didn't seem to want to be working that day or was... over her job but kinda not wanted to order anymore after her taking my oder just made me feel like I just wanted to take my foodand leave, I hope she has a better shift next time. It's always been a middling choice for quick food on the go. Nothing notable here, but it's not bad either. (Warning: the new... batch of staff as of 12/06/2022 has a tendency to mess up orders, so check your bag if you're on the drive thru. I've dealt with2 orders being goofed on) Read more
