I will never get beef tacos from here ever again. I spend more than half the time removing pieces of fat from the meat. Too much... fat left on the meat. Laziness from chef. The square cut pieces are tough to chew also. You want bomb tacos, where the beefjust melts in your mouth? Visit the taco guys right in front of Ralph's on Sherman way and Woodman. Wow, is all I have to say.You don't believe me? Go visit them. Oh, and make sure to ask for their secret sauce. Trust me, you'll go back for seconds. I noticed the place while walking to the Country Store just a couple of doors down. Asked the cashier at the store if the food... was good there and he said yes, so I went in. It was 11am so almost nobody there yet. The hostess/waitress was super nice, aswas the chef (or bartender or manager)? The salsas were really flavorful, as was the massive beef super burrito. Enough for 3-4servings easily. Tried the cucumber martini, which was delicious. The staff kept checking to make sure everything was good. I'veseen some not so great reviews and can only imagine things don't go perfectly when a place is really crowded. So go early andenjoy yourself!! 1st visit to tis TLH. Van nuys local is my decade choice. Food was great as always , but cashier couldn't take my order in... English (my friend Espanola for my 2 tacos) not one price listed for items on menu wall , only drinks in refrigerator cooler ,not many to choose from......... Read more

First of all I was reading some reviews before I came here but I decided to give it a shot. Great place and very clean from... entering to even when using the restroom. I have never seen a staff be so dedicated to making sure that the restaurant is soclean. Let's move on the food is even way beyond excellence. The food came and and has such rich flavors. A must return. Ihighly recommend this place. By the way I'm so darn picky and I couldn't find a reason to get upset. Read more
