This reviews based solely on the guest service of the location. The leaders are disassociated. The employees are not empowered.... And the overall experience is one that doesn?t make you want to return. I had a problem with my order, and I asked if the teammember could ask his leader if he was able to override the coupon since we cannot use any of the promotions in the transaction.He saw that there had been a glitch with the app, and he said that he would ask for the leader just said that there was nothingthat they could do. The leader never even came to the register to try to help him or to assist me in person, and they justsimply answered from beyond. They must really love their employees. Read more
