The drive thru was full so we decided go inside. Big mistake the cashier (that IDK if she was on training) took forever to... finish the order of the couple in front of us. When was our turn was the same. She never got our order right, she calledseveral times the manager or a coworker...at the end she over charged us and got mad bc we try to explain why wasincorrect...she called again to the manager..we just leave we spent like 20 min ..no worth it. Woof. Consistently bad (based on a weekly trip, last three months). Super close to home for late-note quick bites, IF the place... is open (after mobile order) and IF the staff doesn?t go ham on you in the drive thru for checking the bag (haven?t had acorrect order in awhile, I?d easily say 80% of the time flat out wrong). Do not use mobile app to check-in. Make SURE the placeis open, and that you can get to your order via drive-thru. And check your bag (may need to repeat your order multiple times andjust face the attitude). Once had a chill and accommodating guy in the payment window - miss him. Read more
Be patient. Dine in is closed so extra long wait in drive thru. They have 2 drive thru ordering stations but only have 1 station... open during busy morning. Not very welcoming. Read more
Horrible service. My order was incorrect. AFTER SCANNING MY COUPON. All they did was advise me to order again/ get back in line... and spend more money after waiting 15+mins. Told them I couldn?t get back in line due to my break being over. Left therestaurant with an incomplete order. Management didn?t care or offer any substitutes. Read more
I swear this is the worst MCDONALD'S ever. From 6 months to present the service here is horrible, terrible. My order is always... wrong, I have to wait on thr side....ect. This has to change seriously..... Im here out side 8"08pm with my familiar no car. They dotn let me go in side.to orden. Sunday I have to walk 30minute. Only to... eat. This is no good and u need do something with the manager. Food at this location is baaad!! 0 effort goes in preparing the meals. Besides the bad food, when we ask for large fries we want... Large fries. They are so quick to charge us for the upgrade but not give us what we pay for. This location is just a convenientspot but the food is always a fail! Read more
If they get your order right you're lucky. They never had Fraps or smoothies, and rarely ice cream. The workers are constantly... different and act like they dont know what to do maybe it's a training point. It's closest to me but I'd rather drive to thenext McDonalds. Read more
