Thanks to an incompetent woman taking my order in the drive-thru, I held up the line and got overcharged. I specified twice... that I wanted a combo, but she only entered the single menu item. The staff at the second window then had to correct her mistakebut paying for the fries/drink separately cost me more and multiple cars in line behind me had to sit and wait thanks to hermistake. Waited close to 10 minutes. They got the drink wrong and when I asked where my order was that's when they told they don't have... that item. Slow. Hard to get a persons attention. My fries were half filled I told the cashier and he said I don't know what happened. I filled those but didn't try to give me... more fries or replace them. I tried them and said these don't have much salt and I want fries that have salt poured on themafter they come out of the oil. He said a machine salts the fries That's terrible for $5 fries. These people are incompetent at this mcd. The manager is equally unqualified to work there. The messed up my order badly. Then... the manager complained about fixing our order. He finally agreed to fix our order. Because they didn?t give me a receipt. In thefirst place. Then they messsd up my order again. I will never go back to this restaurant.
