Kourtney was super nice really helpfull. you do have to wear your gloves n no samples. all toppings are in little containers.
Menchies is usually great, but this store is probably it's worst. Miserable cashier. She huff's and then puts out one taster... cup, but only when asked, and only one each time. Tables weren't cleared even though there was no one in the place. It was areally hot day in the valley today and this branch was empty, no wonder. Read more
Very nice staff and very fast service - line was long but it moved quickly - unlike van Leeuwen which we tried to go to earlier:... there were only 2 people scooping and the line wasn't moving at all. A group of my friends and I went for the grand opening that they had and it was delicious. Lots of choices for froyo and... toppings. The place was clean and well lit.
