I ordered jalapeno cheese bite . I couldn't find any cheese just uncooked doe and jalapeno . I also, ordered bone- in chicken ... and requested my chicken well -done which wasn't and didn't didn't give me additional sauce I requested. I spoke to themanager prior to my order so everything would be correct. Rated 2 because of my experience tonight. i get the same order every time from this papa John?s and for some reason they jump... the price an extra $10 at times. Usually when I ask they fix it back right away but whoever was working the phone today wasconsistent that it was the higher price. The other weird thing was I called and they answered not even talking and then saying?hello? and ?yea?. Is this an establishment your representing or your cell at home ? Very unprofessional I feel the quality ofthis location has dropped drastically. I called another location down the block and got the correct price, she answered thephone as if it was papa John?s excited to take an order and told me that since it?s a franchise the stores do alter the prices /deals as they please.
