The best Pho I have EVER had! The broth is rich, the noodles perfectly cooked, the portion generous, and meat tender and... flavorful. The menu is long because it has different meat variations, so if you're like me and don't like tendons then you canorder the brisket Pho, or you can order the special which has all the works with no extra charge! I love to add their spicysauce (not really spicy), a couple slices of jalapeño for kick, and leave in a slice of lime in my soup because I love how itinfuses with the flavors and refreshes the rich broth. Fantastic pho! I finally found some pho that reminded me of my days growing up near Little Saigon in Orange County. I ordered... #7 and it came with generous meat portions. I had big chunks of tendon, the flank steak was tender and well- trimmed. The meatquality was better than more expensive places near Ventura Blvd and Woodman. The vegetables were crisp and fresh. Lots of ricenoodles. The broth was legitimately rich and made in house. It was a perfect! Next time, I?ll ask for noodles on the side. I hadto order extra broth. Portions are huge. It took we 3 sittings to finish it. Parking was okay in the crowded lot. I?m not onewho needs to park at the entrance. I immediately found a spot in the middle second row. My wait wasn?t long at 12:30pm on aMonday. I signed my name on the board. Reviewed the menu, then went to wash my hands. Came back and 2 minutes later I wasseated. I immediately placed my order and had my food in less than 5 minutes. Customer service was, polite, good and effective.It was super busy. I appreciate the fast and efficient service. The food here is incredible. Wow so many authentic items on their menu. When I am in LA I always add a stop to this wonderful... restaurant. The service is always great and the food always comes out fast and fresh. Great place for casual business meeting ora group event. My favorite are the fried rice noodles. Wow! Worst customer service. We got sat without any menus right after us 2 other tables got sat next to us. Though we got sat first... they went up to the other 2 tables and took their order . During this time we tried to wave to them and politely asked excuse mecan we order. The Young man kept walking like if he didn?t hear us. After 15 minutes still no service. The table in front andnext to us had order and gotten their food and they got sat after we did. I went up to the front register to get their attentionand still no one came to our table. The table next to us gets their food and I stop the older man and tell him we?ve beenwaiting for 20 minutes now. Takes our order finally.
