I always feel like I'm bothering these people just by walking in. They never smile, they always sound annoyed and overwhelmed.... But you'll get your food! They "don't accept coupons. Not even online" which was news to me, considering I had just placed anorder online with a coupon one week prior. Read more

I placed an order yesterday on the app at around 3:45pm and scheduled it for pick up at 6. I used the BOGO50. When I get there,... I call and they say that they never received my order, even though I received and order confirmation. Later I check my emailssaying my order was cancelled. But I still have no refund in my account. I tried to replace the order online for the BOGO50 buttheir location said it was ?offline? the employee working that night confirmed it for me and showed me on the computer thattheir wifi had been spotty all day and wasn?t working all the time. They didn?t want to honor the BOGO50 in the store so I hadto pay full price for my sandwiches. I call their location today about my refund and they say they can?t do anything about itbecause it is not in their system. Essentially subway has stolen from me and won?t refund me because they claim they neverreceived my order even tho I have a confirmation number and everything. The worker I spoke to on the phone kept making excusesthat their wifi wasn?t out and that they received a lot of orders yesterday, as if that is my problem. I will not be eating atsubway again, due to them stealing from me, their incompetent workers, poor customer service and for not having a legitimatecustomer service number to contact. Read more

I know that subway isn't inherently known for its top notch service, but this subway has some of the lowest quality service I've... gotten out of all the subways I've gone to. I love the food and the deals they offer at subway. I just wish that some employeesat some subway restaurants would learn to respect their customers before treating them like they are a nuisance. I normallydon't write negative reviews but this one deserves it. Read more
