First time I see in United States such a long lasting horrible place. How did they select their employees??? Every time you open... the door and regret .They never say hi. I came into the store today with coupons I just received and was told that they don't except there own coupons smh why is a... company like subway printing false advertising. This is wrong on so many levels and the customer service was rude bringing itthe coupons. Don't print and mass send out coupons is you guys don't honor them!! Read more

tl;dr - literally pick any other Subway in the area Absolutely terribly managed location, that is of course if they're actually... is a manager after all. Literally every time I go in or call and have an issue the manager is not there whether it's the morningthe afternoon or the evening. I ordered a sandwich on the app that was dreadfully messed up a few weeks ago, and when I calledthe store to tell them they had given me a BLT instead of a veggie delight, they said the manager was not in and he could notissue a refund but that they would write down my name so that they could give me a free replacement sandwich next time I comein. Sounds great. I called the next day first thing in the morning, and the manager is not in again. I'm speaking with adifferent employee this time who says she doesn't know anything about my messed up order or the employee who did it yesterday. Iasked if I could speak with the manager directly and again was refused because they weren't there, even though I asked if theycould simply direct my call there so I could speak with the manager even though they are not on site. They said no. I calledthe day after that, in the afternoon and no surprise, "the manager is not in" and I'm speaking with yet another differentemployee who has no idea what I am talking about and refuses to help connect me to the manager or even give me their name. So Iwait for a full 7 days to go by and try to call the store during the exact time that I placed my original messed up order a weekago. I call and get yet another different employee. And guess what? You may be shocked to discover that the manager was notin. I already feel like I exerted way too much effort to try and get a refund on a sandwich I paid for but never got to eat,and if this wasn't just another terrible Subway, I would certainly open a ticket with the better Business bureau for thisfranchise. There's something about this little Subway sandwich place... It's closer to Woodman and Oxnard in a little group of stores. ... Maybe it's just me but the people in there always nice to me, some have worked there for years or maybe they're the owners.. Ifyou disabled it's easy to go in, their sandwiches are delicious... And if there's something special you want it's always donewith a smile which may exceeding at a simple little Subway location and taking a sandwich out a lot more pleasant. Read more

So I ordered a steak & cheese footlong with extra cheese i saw my receipt and it was to much i never pay to much for one foot... long with extra cheese a employee i think from middle East she charged me extra steak, I when back and I ask her why she saidthat said extra steak. I been going to this subway for years its across the street from my home...and are offing studio! I went to order a sandwich and... I over heard a young lady I?ve never seen and she was telling another lady there was no change and she had to go to 7/11 forchange. I said I only had a $100 and she suggested I go some where else.... I?m truly disappointed and will never eat at Subwayagain... and I will tell all friends and clients that record in my studio which is up the street. I will never recommend subwayagain and I will tell my friends at Barrones about her behavior. I there play nightly... You forget folks have choices thesedays.. I?ll spend my money elsewhere!!!
