So the people making the food should be wearing a mask if they are coughing. There's nothing more disgusting that sick people... handling food. YUCK!!!!! ???? THE ONLY saving grace from a 1 or 2 star is when ordering a combo you're not forced to get asugary drink that tou don't want and won't drink but have to pay for it. I hate when restaurants do that. Service was a bit slow but customer service was good. Do not order the Thigh Bites. They only contain may be 20% or less meat, ... the rest is garbage. Some bites didn't have any meat at all. It was a complete disappointment and waste of $7. No dine in. Opentill late night 11pm. Read more
We called in an order and a young man answered and said our order would be ready in 20minutes. We got there exactly 20min later... and they had the doors locked. There was a girl working up front counting money just giving ?closed? signs. I called and insteadof answering with good customer service she answered saying ?we?re closed.? She didn?t care to hear that we had already made anorder. Online it said it closes at 12am today . It was 10:20pm. Whatever the reason was? she could have at least walked to thedoor and let the customer know. Instead she was very rude on the phone and just hung up saying ?there?s nothing I can do.?Todays date is Friday, July 22, 2022 , 10:30pm. This is horrible customer service. This was my first time trying wing stop and I have to say the food and service was great. I got the all-in bundle which came... with 16 boneless wings and 5 tenders. The flavors I choose where garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub for the wings, while thetender I got lemon pepper and spicy Korean barbecue. Overall the food was delicious and satisfied my appetite. The service wasalso splendid. Mamie the cashier who toke my order was very friendly and very patient with me, as I struggled to decide myflavors. While this was my first experience with wing stop, after trying it I know I?ll come back when ever I get a craving forwings. Read more
This was the most unpleasant experience at Wingstop!! It was my sons Birthday, so I ordered online in advance, so that my... ordered would be ready by 5 pm. I get there the order wasn't ready. Yes, they apologized and gave me a discount. I get home andwe have raw wings. I hope your corporate office sees these pictures. Your lucky we didn't get sick.
