Love the beef shawarma plate and half chicken plates at this location. They make most of their items deliciously here. But... sometimes they can't seem to get my request for well done right. I called to place an order for pick up and when i had a family member go and pick it up they said they had no order. I called... the location on Sepulveda, and spoke with the same person who i had placed the order with and he said there was no order made.I gave him my order and my number to check and he completely didn't care and said he didn't know and we would need to wait for anew order. I told him it would only be fair to get some kind of compensation since we now have to wait unless he would ratherhave me call the main office and complaint and he said very careless to call the office and complain. I ordered online to pick up and it was ready very fast. Food was ok, I don't get why people rave about the tarna chicken, it was... just ok a bit dry, got also the tri tip and was ok, garlic sauce -ok-. Hummus was really good and basmati rice away. The beef wrap was very small and did not taste that great. I was expecting a traditional gyro wrap with... lettuce,tomatos,cheese,onions but basically it was meat inside a tortilla. This place is more like an El Pollo Loco instead of amediteranian spot. Read more
