Sure wish customer service was a priority here. If it was, I'd be more willing to accept the mediocre food and give better... ratings. Last night, at the Van Wert Arby's, we went inside and ordered 2 Rueben sandwiches to go. When we opened them up at home, the... hunk of corned beef was all on one side, pretty normal, so we rearranged that, but there was NO sauerkraut to be seen. Verydisappointing. Went there today for lunch. It was close to 1pm and there wasn't a big crowd or lines, so that indicated that they weren't... rushed. I ordered a fish sandwhich and beef n cheese. I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich but they didn't put the red sauce on it that most places do. Other than that everything... was good. People were friendly and fast. I went to the drive thru.
