I was in the store today and wanted to order food. I was waiting when I over heard a manager ( Roy Sprowl) yelling and... mistreating an employee. That is so inappropriate. Also that place needs help with management. Lines are always long and the manhe was yelling at today is always a pleasure to see very kind and helpful. He had long lines and still kept calm and apologizingwhile the manager saw him struggling and didnt bother to pitch in. If you ask me that's poor management. Read more

The breakfast is very tasty. And it's very clean in there! I got free breakfast when my maid of honor and I went on my wedding... day for a quick pick me up ?? Read more

Went to burger King for lunch around 1:30pm. The woman who I'm guessing was the manager, was very rude. Lacked customer... service skills. Apparently she closed down the lobby while we were eating and a family tried coming in to eat. We opened thedoor for them and was screamed at by the woman working, claiming "her lobby" was closed and do NOT open the door for anyone. We were unaware she had closed the lobby and we were the only 2 people sitting inside eating. This was by far one of the worstexperiences. She was so incredibly disrespectful. Our breakfast tasted way above average. However, the manager was more interested to telling the employees including his manager... all about what HE was doing as far as staffing. I politely ask him "With all do respect...." that we were not interested inhearing about staffing etc. This all took place at the order window. His response: "I'm talking with my manager." This shouldbe done in a contained area. I would give this location 5 stars if it weren't for the above issue. I will need to considercarefully as to if I will return to this location. Read more
Just left their van wert location around 5:45pm on 9/25/21 and I feel like their employees need some positive recognition! We... ordered and we?re pulling away with our food in under 5 minutes. While we were paying I could hear the manager yelling back tothe crew ?Good job guys! Keep it up!? The woman who took our order was very sweet and polite and so was the gentleman at thewindow who rang us up. With the world we live in today I felt like I needed to give these people a pat on the back! Read more
Tried to order a ghost pepper whopper with extra ghost peppwr queso and the lady in drive though kept adding random items to my... order removing stuff off the burger and in general didn't wanna pay attention. She sound over worked and sick of customers. Overall bad customer service and I apologized said this is getting ridiculous and told her to have a nice day after 5 min of justtrying to order one burger... do better Read more
