Sat down. Waited 30-40 minutes after we ordered for food with a mostly empty restaurant. I ordered wings. they tasted nasty, so... I didn't want to eat them. Refused to take the wings off because "well you ordered the flavor so there is nothing we can do"imagine a business so poorly ran that taking wings off of someone's bill is too much ???? Read more
I order by googling the store and ordering for pickup. I had no idea that it was not supposed to order through DoorDash. I... waited 30minutes passed the suggested time and then find out that it was supposedly my fault. However I was tracking the orderonline the enter time. I know this restaurant has a history of slow service so I was trying to patient. So as I was talkingloudly but definitely not yelling. The manager YELLED across the restaurant at me! I?ve eaten at other stores in the chain and left satisfied. The Van Wert store has poor service and the food always seems to... come to you cold. Would love for them to get it together. Read more
This is a great little sports bar with really good food and plenty of TV monitors to watch any sporting event you like. The... atmosphere is really nice and the service was awesome. Read more
It was good and reasonably priced. I had the Ribs and wings naked with a ceaser salad that was ok with it had some cheese on it.... I will try the house next time. The ribs rest was good. The drinks were priced very well. Read more
Never again, came from out of state pur family gathered for dinner call ahead. The waitress took our drink order, over a half... hour before we got them, then took our orders. Fry's, fried pickles came out all cold a few dinners chicken strips looked likecheap ones from save a lot not even sure if the were chicken. I ordered fish and chips (fries)the waitress said the don't servechips had to explain fish and chips what I got was fish looked liked Gordons out of a old box no frys, in the meantime the ourfood was coming out basically a few things at a time, while the table behind us received all their food in one trip and thewaitress told them be careful the dishes were hot, me still waiting for my fries and tarter sauce, and the others waiting fortheir chicken, I truely understand the shortage of workers and supplies but this was totally uncalled for. Great to have this regional restaurant open once again with all the COVID issues going on. The chicken wings are just as... delicious as I remember them! Staff is super-friendly, as always, and just happy to have customers back! Of course, things aredifferent now, but everyone is taking it in stride. The atmosphere is still fun and upbeat.
