Ordered very quick and easy items (coffee and apple pie). Had to wait over 30 minutes for an apple pie. I spoke to a manger and... all I got was a sorry and then she walked away. Normally I get very good customer service but this experience was very verypoor. Read more

The slowest ?fast food? restaurant. People pick places like this for fast and convenient service, not to stand around and wait... 30 plus minutes for a burger and some nuggets. Read more
I mean the breakfast was good but the whole restaurant was completely filthy and you could tell it was from the night before... because there were like french fries and chicken nuggets all over the floors. It was breakfast time when we went so they weren'tserving fries and nuggets at that time. I understand that a lot of fast food restaurants are understaffed but cleanliness isn'tan option. Read more

Just came from mcdonalds and ordered a breakfast burrito with mild sauce. No sauce!!! You can't even get a simple order right... I'm tired of tgses fast food places screwing g up orders. Train your people better Read more
Line in drive thru was to long so decided to bring kids inside to play on play scape while we order food . Ordered food and 4... frozen drinks 3 frozen coffees and one frozen coke . Ordered at 11:01 got food around 11:15 oldest grabbed it and took to tableto other kids. 11:20 told them i would like my drinks or a refund they said we will get your drinks sorry about wait . Waitedtill 11:42 for my drinks by the time I got back to table my food was could and hamburger patties didn't even taste like theywere cooked well at all because they had a frozen taste to them . So through my food in the trash . To many bad experiences herewith the day time crew . Will never return or recommend to anyone . Read more
Nice place to eat in and let the kids play. Only complaints were it was very cold in the play area and could be a bit cleaner... but we still enjoyed it! Read more
