100% the worse taco bell in the United States, I would rather eat at the hog farm down the street. Whoever taught these people... to roll a burrito should be beaten to death. Pulled into the drive-thru just to be told that they weren't accepting cash at the drive-thru. If anyone knows any tacobell... drive-thru they make it to where you can't get out curbs on both sides. Add insult to injury 3 cars in head of me and two behindwaited 20 mins for absolutely nothing. It's illegal to deny legal tender in America I'm definitely pursuing this issue.Definitely will never return to this location. Read more
I ordered online for dining room pickup. When we arrived the doors were locked, we had to go to the drive thru line. I was... visibly irritated, the employee at the line entrance decided to put his opinion in on the matter. Which irritated me even more!We asked about the doors being locked because our 7y.o. needed to use the restroom, we were told absolutely no entrance to thebuilding! Since I already paid for our food online we proceeded through the drive thru. The same employee argued with us thatthere was not an active order, I tried to give him my order number but he continued to argue. Finally someone inside told him toallow us into the line! There were only 4 cars ahead of us! We waited in the line for 40 mins for 5 tacos, 5 drinks and 5burritos! Also as we were waiting in line, the employee unlocked the door for another customer to enter!!! I was baffled andvery angry! When we received our food we were missing 3 of the 8 items! In total this entire trip cost me an hour of my time! Donot go if you value your time, because this location doesn't value their customers! I had trouble with an online order on Tuesday, paid with a gift card and it was canceled. I thought I'd just use that gift card... to buy lunch today. The card didn't have a balance. I asked for some help and the manager was really helpful and provided animmediate solution and showed he cares about his customers. The employees were friendly too. Read more
Still having bad experiences at Taco Bell in Van Wert. I went inside and ordered 2 cheesy gordita crunch with chicken instead of... beef. I get them both and the first had beef and no chicken and the second had beef and 2 pieces of chicken... How bad do youhave to be to mess it up first but even if the order said add chicken, why not both and WHY 2 pieces!!! Bad training, badservice, bad experience....again. Read more
They are always out of stuff. Also, this is the chelsey Gordita crunch I pay almost $4.00 for. Like are you kidding me!!
