Use to love this Wendy's but will never go back. Everytime lately food is wrong. Or just taste horrible . Tonight we got a... single instead of a blt chicken sandwich . One chicken nugget box only had 3 in it. Frys were hard as a rock and got chargedextra for bacon on something that has bacon and then it only had one piece of bacon on it . Got a single and a baked potato with cheese and bacon. The sandwich was cold and had no lettuce. I thought I was at McDonald's... for a moment because the hamburger was so small. The potato is why I gave them 3 stars. It was good and hot. Read more
Didn't get a single item of our order correct. Fries were old and cold. We had stopped going for awhile due to roaches and poor... service, but had told issues were "fixed." Obviously not. Do not recommend. Read more
Went through today and ordered 2 biggie bags and baconator fries. Did not get Bbq sauce for nuggets or my baconator fries. Tried... to call and got the caller is not excepting calls at this time. This is not the first time I have had problems with my order. Read more
Business hours confirmed.by the business six days ago indicate they should be open until midnight. Went today at 11:23pm and... they had a semi taking up the whole drive thru lane unloading. Doesn't seem like it would be difficult to honor the businesshours you confirmed. The real kicker is two Wendy's employees (in uniform) were sitting in a white car with the doors openpresumably getting paid to sit there while the driver unloaded. Pretty cool people. Read more
Horrible. Waited 20-25 min in a parking spot on our ?drive thru? order. I went in to ask for my money back and magically my... order was the next one up. Once we got the order two of the sandwiches were wrong. No need to visit that place again. Read more
Waited 30 minutes in line just to get low par food. Ordered baconator fries and had two strips of bacon and unmelted cheese. My... Dave?s single was drenched in ketchup and Mayo so much that it was leaking into the bag. Absolutely disgusting and on top ofthat my sandwich was cold Read more
They were extremely busy but the staff was very pleasant and apologetic about the waiting. The food was wonderful. I tried their... new Italian Mozzarella chicken sandwich and I think it is my new favorite. Read more
