Worst meal and service I have ever had from Arbys.
Great location food was fresh and order came out fast Update 11/2022 Food was terrible the fries was burnt crispy and my... sandwich was okay cause I was hungry. It's fast food. Good service and good food. How do you rate atmosphere in a fast food restaurant.
Stood at the front counter for 5 minutes. The line cook, fryer cook and 2 drive thru employees looked at me and did not say a... thing. My order was never asked for. No one talked to me. I walked out. Read more
Great service, great food, when I ordered they advised a particular item was not available and that there was a given time to... wait and asked if it was acceptable which blew my mind because no one is ever that transparent anymore and it was just wonderfuland refreshing to see great job Read more
I realize staffing shortages are still impacting businesses, but there comes a trade off. If it takes 20+ minutes to fill my... order and it is still wrong and then I have to drive back out to pick up the missing food, I have to reconsider visiting.
