This Bojangles is such a disappointment every time I come to this particular one the food is never fresh the fries were old and... no good and even after going back thru the line and asking for fresh fries they turned out to be the same way. Word of advisedon't eat here unless you want old food, luckily Indian Land has another Bojangles near 160 and the Walmart there food is alwaysbeen fresh and delicious. Read more
This place is pitiful. Ordered 8 piece w/ 4 biscuits on the app; arrived at pickup time and waited another 15 minutes. Did get... to watch 8 drive through orders get fulfilled before any employee acknowledged I was there. Also got to hear some pretty saltylanguage from the staff. Disappointing is an understatement. Food is usually hot and fresh... Although they were a little short on staff like all other businesses... Terrible service, terribly long wait lines, no personality or manners. When someone says a greeting you should respond. When you... say thank you, you should respond. If your service is going to be this terrible at least have manners and a personality. You're in the food service industry, personality goes a long way. This is not a one time event. Read more
I never do google reviews but I felt this one was worthy. Ordered a Cajun Filet biscuit in the drive thru, when I get home and... ready to eat my biscuit I open the paper and notice there a small black spot on the top of my biscuit. Upon further inspection Inoticed it was a dead FLY!!!. Totally disgusted and annoyed I called the store and spoke to the manager. He was quick to tellme "we don't have flies here" which is obviously a lie and then offered to exchange the biscuit of I came back or to give me afree meal next time I came In. I declined because I want be returning! I have had poor experiences there before but this oneeven tops them all! Read more
First time trying a bohangles sandwich. We had the Bo chicken sandwich and fries. It was warm, crispy and delicious. I don't... like pickes- but I liked this one. Very happy with our meal.
