Ordered take out online gave me the time of an hour that was fine it was a Friday when my son went in for pick up he said there... were several people in line in front of him when he got up to the counter for the order the individual told him it would be atleast another hour because they never even started our order yet if they?re having that many issues with online ordering theyneed to cut off their online ordering. we got a refund and the individual told my son that everybody?s been canceling theirorders. 3 times now we have ordered early in the day and we have had to wait. I was totally ignored when I went in. No one else there.... My husband has waited 30 min past the time for pickup twice now. Tonight as I dumped the salad in a larger dish, it was 1/4filled with brown lettuce . I did decide to take the salad pieces back. They did refund my money and apologized. First off I am a huge Marcos Pizza fan, I grew up eating and love their food. However this has to be the worst Marcos I have... ever ordered from. 2 months ago I ordered a ham sub and it literally had one slice of ham on it. There were more banana peppersand mayo than ham. I called and let them know so it didn't happen again, the young man who answered the phone said sorry. Thatwas it. I gave them another chance yesterday and ordered a specialty pizza, app said 36 mins till delivery sounds great. Pizzashowed up cold 50 mins later. I will not order from this Marcos again. Save your money and go somewhere else. This Marcos is notworth wasting your time or hard earned money. Read more

Decent quality and great service. Only problem, I order a small pepperoni pizza. And its made with one piece of pepperoni on... each slice. How cheap do you have to be to limit one piece of pepperoni per slice?? Read more

This is the first time I've had pizza from this chain and I thought it was pretty good. Definitely not bad for a pan pizza... especially with some of the deals they have. We will definitely try it again at some point. Read more

Ordered pizza, wings extra Buffalo sauce and two 2 liters of Pepsi for delivery. 1. Brings me completely wrong order. 2. ... Brings pizza and wings. No Buffalo sauce or my two 2 liters of Pepsi. 3. Call them and they send a driver with 1 2 liter ofPepsi. 4. Driver brings the last 2 liter of Pepsi and the wing sauce. This went on for 1hr. It took 1 hour for them to bring mymeal in 4 separate deliveries. Audra the manager took zero responsibility and told me I got my order. The District Manager saidthe same thing. I did get my order but in pieces. My meal was cold and the fact they won?t try to even take responsibility forthe horrible service let alone give me an apology, tells me I won?t eat here again. Horrible. Buy your pizza elsewhere. BUYERBEWARE. Read more

Marcos Pizza has really been exceptional as far as service and response go. I?ve had to order pizza every week for Indian Land... Middle School Volleyball team and they?ve always been ready to serve! Harley is an A++ to their establishment. She is superfriendly and very accommodating! She deserves much praise! Her employers should feel blessed to have her on their team! If I could give zero stars, I would. I have worked in some type of customer service my entire life and I have not received such... horrid service as I did last night at the Indian Land location. This was my first time ordering pizza from Marco's and I was soexcited to try it because many told me it was great. Instead of getting pizza, l left with a terrible taste in my mouth with theincompetence of this location. I placed an online order to be ready at 5:30. I arrive at 5:51. First, it took 5 minutes to lookup my order. Then, once its found all the teens standing around can't find my order, its obvious. One guy tells me it will be 10minutes. 20 minutes later I go back up to the counter. First, no one acknowledged me that I needed help. They kept looking at mebut no one came up. Finally after standing there for 3 minutes I asked "is someone going to help me?". One employee reluctantlycomes to the counter and I ask her how much longer my order is going to be. I tell her my name. She gives me the wrong order. Igive it back. Then she goes and talks to someone. All the teen employees are whispering and looking at me. This goes on for 4 to5 minutes. I finally ask if anyone is going to tell me what is happening with my order. One gentleman finally comes to thecounter and looks up my order, again, and says "I don't know what happened". In my calmest voice, I tell him " I know whathappened, I came in and my order wasn't ready and no one did anything to make it or fix the problem". I received my refund andleft. I was not rude but I was obviously very upset. There was no adult manager around AT ALL. I asked if they could change itto delivery and all behaved as if I was speaking a language they didn't understand. I was supposed to be somewhere at 6 withpizza. Instead, I arrived 20 minutes late to my engagement with NO pizza. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointingmoments I have had as a consumer in 20 years. Read more
