Not a huge big deal.....but came in to take food to go, but before I needed to use the washroom. There was NO soap in either... dispenser and the toilet paper holder was unscrewed Food was good as always, I will return and all, but just hoping thatmaybe the owner is reading this to maybe remind their staff to fo a quick washroom check when not busy See you soon ???? Food is good and decent pricing too. Teenagers literally screaming in the tables and staff doesn't doo anything.
Dont waste your money ordering from this location during late hours . Great affordable all Canadian breakfast for $9 ! Only thing is the service was a bit of a wait. It took ~20 minutes.
We ordered food worth $59.20 online from this A&W location at 0750 Marine gateway (Receipt attached) and was quite disappointed... with the quality of service even after specifically instructed for fresh sandwiches.The sandwiches were cold and not fresh, andthere were no straws in the bag. It feels this location is no more interested in delivering good quality of service anymore. Iwill never order from this location in future. Read more
Wait times are short, location is clean. Very convenient as it's right outside of the Canada line station. Good when they have... promos and coupons! Update: Friend ordered me the wrong meal at the kiosk, I went back 2 hours later they refunded me andcharged me the right amount. Great customer service! Update 2018 May 30: Do not get the spicy guacamole fries! It's not worththe money they only give you a sad small scoop of avocado and some peppers. Better off with the regular fries or yam fries. They don?t allow to order a poutine in a combo thru door dash which is a complete rip off you have to order it as a side and pay... extra, go to any other A&W other then this one absolutely ridiculous will not order from here again Read more
